When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

All people are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --That to secure these rights, digital technology, communication, and economic freedom can build a more transparent, humane, and accountable society.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, designed to reduce the people to Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The history of the Democratic and Republican parties stands as a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the United States and the American People. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

State-capitalist economics and private banking ownership of the national economy is a flawed civic operating system that will always result in mass civic violence, wealth inequality, and authoritarian governments. The Federal Reserve System was designed by the Democratic and Republican parties, its supporters, and members to injure American citizens, subjugate American labor, and restrict constitutional rights.

Wall Street-controlled tech and financial companies use science and innovation to manipulate people using their personal data as ammunition for artificial intelligence and automated targeting systems. On the Government side, the U.S. Military has chosen to wage an unconstitutional war of spying on American Citizens through the NSA. All these hostile acts are being carried out on American taxpayer-funded and subsidized infrastructure

Corporate media acts as proxy propagandists to distribute traumatic information, induce hysteria, and shape public opinion through fear and coercion. Simultaneously, intelligence agencies operate against American citizens through bribery, blackmail, and coercion. An incestuous information warfare industry has grown to control the majority of American society and insulates itself, its actors and agents, and its benefactors from public accountability.

Increased civil friction instigated by the Democratic and Republican parties between radicalized demographics gives the state pretense to empower law enforcement and intelligence agencies to erode civil liberties further. Law enforcement does not serve the American people as they are not legally obligated to protect citizens and actively engage in legalized piracy in the form of civil asset forfeiture

The War on Drugs, Crime, and Terrorism has systematically destroyed generations of American families and effectively destroyed all public trust in law enforcement institutions at all levels. Those entrusted with public safety actively collude to remove public transparency and accountability. Organized crime has embedded itself into every level of a civic institution under the control of the Democratic and Republican parties. The United States carries out secret courts, orders, and judgments carried out against American citizens outside public accountability.

In every stage of these Oppressions, the American People have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: their repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Government whose character is marked by every act which may define a Tyrant is unfit to govern a society of free people.

The American People have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over them. They have reminded them of the circumstances of their economic servitude. They have appealed to justice and magnanimity, and have conjured the spirit of America to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our communication and commerce. Still, the Democratic and Republican parties have been deaf to the voice of justice and of the consanguinity of America.

We must accept the hostility of their actions while understanding the necessity of our separation. The US Government will forever be unaccountable as long as the Democratic and Republican parties are in control. Their power is absolute, their tyranny documented, and their goals in alignment.

We, The Collective Members are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent of forced economic servitude to private corporations; that we are absolved from all allegiance to the Democratic and Republican parties, and that all connections between them and Wall Street, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent people, they have full Power to create their own economic systems, contract Alliances, and establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent people may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to unionize our economic interests in pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.

Digital Tyranny

The harshest reality of the mass surveillance state and surveillance capitalist economy is that the infrastructure that can track a human being from birth to death and capture data of all their private and public interactions exists today.

Companies have profiles on unborn children, track their progression through life, monitor their thoughts and actions, and sell access to their psychological profiles for profit. The government is working in conjunction with Wall Street-aligned organizations to monitor, spy, and manipulate American citizens. The National Security Agency as well as other Nation-State intelligence agencies have embedded themselves into the foundational architecture of microprocessors and electronics.

America is an authoritarian state where intelligence agencies are above the law and will do anything to remain in complete control of Americans' information, data, and communications. Telecommunication companies that have been the recipient of billions in grants, funding, corporate welfare, and other subsidies have continually failed to modernize American connectivity, sell American personal information to the US government, all while maintaining monopolies.

Individuals and organizations that seek to liberate people from these archaic institutions and ideologies will be met with lawfare, political persecution, and violence.

Economic Warfare

The Democratic and Republican parties established the Federal Reserve System, a union of privately owned banks, in 1913. By 1951 the Democratic and Republican parties enabled the union of privately owned banks to operate independently, meaning monetary decisions of the Federal Reserve do not have to be ratified by Congress or the President (or anyone else in public office).

The Federal Reserve estimates that the wealthiest 10% of Americans hold more than 88% of all available equity in corporations (with just the top 1% controlling more than twice as much equity as the bottom 50% of all Americans combined). An estimated 40% of U.S. Corporate equity is owned by foreign interests.

Since 1989 the top 1% of wealth holders in the country increased their share of the U.S. economy by 8%, while the American Working Class has lost 8.9%. Additionally, the wealthiest 1% grew their wealth by $33.71T, while the American Working Class grew theirs by $29.21T within the same timeframe according to the Federal Reserve.

During the height of COVID-19, the top 1% also saw their wealth increase by $637B while the American Working Class were forced into dysfunctional unemployment systems, lost their health insurance, or saw their small businesses destroyed from forced government shutdowns without compensation.

63% of Americans have been living paycheck to paycheck, while 80% of Americans have debtMore than 13% of American adults -- or about 34 million people -- report knowing of at least one friend or family member in the past five years who died after not receiving needed medical treatment because they could not pay for it.

Inflation has increased by over 2,500%+ since the Federal Reserve was created and has crippled the American Working Class's purchasing power in the open market. $1 in 1913 was worth $25+ in 2019, with inflation increasing every year.

Commercial banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System hold stock in their District's Reserve Bank. The Reserve Banks are organized as self-financing corporations and empowered by Congress to distribute currency and regulate its value under policies set by the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) and the Board of Governors

Legal cases involving the Federal Reserve Banks have concluded that they are neither "private" nor "governmental" as a general rule, but may be treated as either depending on the particular law at issue. The Federal Reserve Chairman detailed that the Federal Reserve can create money for whatever purpose they choose to supply their member banks.

In 1971, Republican President Richard Nixon removed the U.S. from the gold standard, officially transitioned the U.S. Economy into a fiat system controlled by the Federal Reserve. The American People are legally obligated to use legal tender created by a private corporation through a legalized monopoly.

On March 6, 2013, United States Attorney General Eric Holder testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the size of large financial institutions has made it difficult for the Justice Department to bring criminal charges when they are suspected of crimes, because such charges can threaten the existence of a bank and therefore their interconnectedness may endanger the national or global economy.

On March 26, 2020, the Federal Reserve, a union of corporate banks, removed their legal requirements to hold reserves, meaning they now have the ability to create an infinite amount of capital. 

The ten (10) largest banks in the U.S. as of September 30th, 2020, represent $14T in assets. Vanguard Group and Blackrock hold significant ownership in all ten (10) of the largest U.S. banks. State Street Global Advisors and Geode Capital Management own significant shares in nine (9). Other names like Berkshire HathawayCapital Research ManagementT.Rowe Price Associates, and others all own substantial holdings in the majority of the largest banks in the U.S.

The majority shareholders exercising control over the board of directors facilitate tax avoidance services for clients to an estimated $1.6T to $2.1T in untaxed corporate profits as well as financially supporting organized crime operations. US Banks have a history of criminality dating back to slavery. JPMorgan, the largest bank in the United States, moved money for people and companies tied to the massive looting of public funds in Malaysia, Venezuela, and Ukraine.

The Federal Reserve System created by the Democratic and Republican parties operates through coercive monopolies that benefit private shareholders. Banking syndicates have had complete control of the American Economic System for the last 100+ years, which has coincided with immense growth in wealth inequality, civic unrest, and class warfare. 

Information Warfare

Six companies control 90% of the media outlets in the United States and produce $380B+ annually. Five US Tech companies; Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple generate $1T+ in annual revenue and are worth over $8T+ in market value controlling Americans' preferred digital connectivity platforms. 90% of America is connected to the world through the networks of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, and Charter, which controls the flow of digital communication and commerce happening at all levels of the US economy.

16 technology, entertainment, and communication companies combined with the 5 largest banks in the US generate 10% of the US economy and control 99% of digital communication and information distribution. News media is billionaire-owned, corporate-owned, and working for its shareholders' benefit, not the American peoples.

Individuals are expected to filter out billions of dollars in resources being deployed daily, designed to manipulate and influence their emotional and ideological states. The modern US economy promotes predatory unregulated ecosystems that give corporations and hostile nations nearly limitless opportunities to manipulate the American People. Democrats and Republicans are supported and held in power by those that control the ability to mass manipulate, misinform, and censor Americans.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

1st Amendment, Bill Of Rights; US Constitution

Section 230 and other case law empowers Americans to utilize their 1st Amendment and report information on individuals, organizations, and events that keep the public informed. This entails all public officials, shareholders of companies, and agents and actors operate for private interests against the American People.

Private corporations have loyalty to their shareholders' interests over the American People. Those shareholders can be hostile governments, organizations, and individuals utilizing shell corporations, foreign and domestic, to hide their motives and intent. The telecommunication companies are government-approved privately owned monopolies that have been subsidized and funded by the American taxpayer.

Democrats and Republicans refuse to make the internet a public utility, ensuring that US Government has no legal obligation to ensure the 1st Amendment rights of Americans in modern economies, secure their information and data from 4th Amendment violations while receiving 3rd party censorship in the name of corporate profits.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

4th Amendment, Bill Of Rights; US Constitution

The Democratic and Republican governments utilize corporate middlemen to maneuver around Constitutional protections and citizen consent; even using international "allies" to spy on Americans.

The combination of American personal data being used to target bias, continuous targeted campaigns to influence emotions, pervasive corporate and political misinformation campaigns designed to traumatize and coerce, and automated artificial intelligence operating 24/7 to record, analyze, and augment our actions has created a modern battlefield where Americans are left to fend for themselves.

Enslaving The Working Class

There are 330M people living within the US. 230M+ individuals age 15 and older reported income in 2019, with US employment hovering around 140M - 160M. 86% of income earners, or 205M, made less than $100K a year. 65% of American households make under $100K annually. Another 15% earn between $100K - $150K a year, with nearly 70% of those being two-income family households. The Collective recognizes these individuals and families as the American Working Class (AWC).

The AWC represents $6T+ in income and $4T+ in expenditures annually while holding $35T+ in combined wealth. They are the creators, workers, and creditors of the $21T+ a year US economy. 

From profiting off American Slavery, the Civil War, Segregation, World War 1, World War 2, and every other tragedy that The American People have perpetuated or suffered, were all carried out through the Democratic, Republican, and Banking industry alliance. Together they have conspired to put the American People into forced debt servitude to privately owned corporations.

Big Banking and its shareholders want National Debt to increase because they make money from its expansion, the unending interests, and the continued ability to profit by controlling the US money supply. Under the guise of purchasing government bonds, the Federal Reserve serves the interests of the Democratic and Republican parties' goal of transferring American wealth to private shareholders by their own reports.

On September 30th, 1941, The House Committee on Banking and Currency asked the Federal Reserve System Chairman, Marriner Eccles, to testify in Congress. Democratic Congressman Wright Patman presided over a series of questions.

The Federal Reserve Chairman affirmed that money is debt in a capitalistic system. Chairman Eccles also confirmed that the Federal Reserve is a private bank owned by its shareholders. The Federal Reserve Chairman detailed that the Federal Reserve can create money for whatever purpose they choose to supply their members, the banks, with funding.  

Primary dealers in the U.S. are a system of banks and broker-dealers authorized by the Federal Reserve System to deal directly in government bonds. This system was established in 1960 by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) to implement monetary policy on behalf of the Fed.

These primary dealers, foreign banks, and shareholder-owned financial institutions buy US Treasury bonds, contract agreements, with a specified dollar amount from the US Government. These same privately owned institutions sell some of their US Treasury Bonds to the Federal Reserve at a profit. The Federal Reserve then gives these banks Federal Reserve Notes which were made legal tender (money) in 1913.

The new deposit starts the “Reserve” process which allows banks to duplicate the amount of money deposited (less the Federal Reserve’s reserve requirement) and call it “Excess Reserves." These funds are then loaned out with interest to individuals, corporations, and organizations chosen by the banks.

The Democratic and Republican parties have forced the American People to use money owned by private corporations and pay for the pleasure. Legalized debt servitude is an unconstitutional and illegal activity that has been perpetuated by the Democratic and Republican parties.

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

13th Amendment; US Constitution

But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

14th Amendment, Section 4; US Constitution

By eliminating constitutional legal tender in the form of United States Notes completely in 1971, the Democratic and Republican parties have placed American Citizens into perpetual debt slavery to the Federal Reserve and its shareholders.

The Collective Economics

The only way to overcome an oppressive economic system is to mobilize the people who labor and consume within that economy to put their interests above those that control the system.

No matter where you earn the money, its origin was a bank and its ultimate destination is a bank and all interest is paid
by American effort and labor. The total paid ultimately is for the benefit of those who create and control fiat money, the bank shareholders. These institutions are too big to fail and supported by Democratic and Republican Bail-Outs and Bail-Ins.

In modern economics, all those living within a society are consumers, a majority of the people in a thriving society are laborers (producers). The $21T US economy is completely dependent on the 330M Americans that live, labor, and spend in the United States.

The National Security Agency, empowered by the Democratic and Republican parties, has been unconstitutionally collecting the private information of every American of all ages and giving access to private corporate contractors. US Government agencies continue to illegally use Americans' personal information for partisan actions.

Information warfare, disinformation campaigns, and militarization of data is a persistent threat to every American. Artificial Intelligence and automation create a workforce that follows any order given, free of regulation and oversight. The United States government spends $18B+ annually on minimizing the threat from cyber warfare by nation-states and independent organizations. The Department of Defense alone spends roughly $10B securing the US government's digital infrastructure.

The Republican Party is actively trying to ensure that the US Government and any capable digital actor has the ability to capture and use the American Peoples' personal information. In 2016, in the wake of the San Bernardino shootings, the FBI tried citing the All Writs Act of 1789 tried to force Apple to create a new iOS version that would eliminate security features.

China, Russia, and other authoritarian governments already use the means of digital communication to control their people and eliminate opposition. Information is power, data is king, and the US Government has been waging an unconstitutional information war against the American People.

The Collective Technologies

The capabilities of companies like Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft connect 90% of Americans to the digital world. They're carried through the corporate-owned networks of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, and Charter who utilized taxpayer funds to build their infrastructure. The five largest banks are JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs and through them, the majority of the US economy's financial transactions flow. 15 Companies with $2T+ in revenue connect the world to the United States, the world's largest economy.

Wall Street-aligned corporations allied with the National Security Agency have shown their willingness to participate in unconstitutional government operations and even more eager to sell their consumers' and users' personal information to turn a profit.

The Collective will replace these organizations' products and services to the American People with opensource, member regulated, and member-owned alternatives. The Collective Network will be secured down to the microprocessor level to minimize risk to our members' information, communications, and digitized assets.

To compete with government agencies who place themselves above the US Constitution, the political parties that empower them, and the Wall Street monopolies that own the American Peoples' communication infrastructure takes time, resources, and the ability to mobilize people to support the movement.

The top five tech companies; Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple have a combined market value of $8T+ and control Americans' digital lives and connectivity to the internet.

Facebook, Google, and Amazon serve over 220M+ customers in the US. They generate $135B+ annually or roughly $400 per American by monetizing consumer data through automated technologies.

Data is a renewable, valuable, and necessary resource in the modern economy. $1T+ is generated from 330M Americans' personal data and digital activity annually.

The Collective develops, sources, and provides products and services that secure members' connection to the digital world, their identity and personal data, commercial activity, communications, and physical location from hostile actors and intelligence agencies.

Individuals owning their data decentralizes power in the digital economy and removes Wall Street's monopoly. Members are able to engage businesses and legal entities commercially through regulations, fees, and taxes they democratically voted for.

Small businesses and enterprises that seek to engage members must be registered and approved for business within The Collective Network. Owners of businesses, legal liability, and other compliance measures deemed necessary by members must be met. Giving members the ability to remove predatory actors, shell corporations, and industries from their economy.

Members ultimately control access to their individual attention, engagement, and communication with them digitally. A digital house to call their own in a digital nation fighting for them and their loved ones.

The Collective Members represent a percentage of the economic power of the economies they engage with. Members can engage corporations and organizations independently as they do currently or through The Collective which unionizes member consumer activity, labor, and capital to produce greater benefits and economic opportunities.

The Collective's goal as a digital nation, economic union, and member organization are to promote the health, wellness, prosperity, and happiness of our members through individual freedom and economic unionization.

The larger The Collective grows the more influence on the US economy our members are able to wield through Collective Actions (CAs) and market activities. These actions voted on by members direct The Collective to develop, source, produce, distribute, and support product and services needed by members.

Members are able to share or sell their anonymized economic activity with The Collective Data Trust which uses the information to optimize The Collective Network and better compete with Wall Street and receive The Collective Data Dividend up to $1,000 a year.

To secure The Collective Members' digital communications and assets a new national communication infrastructure must be built, processor manufacturing must return to the US, and encrypted digital communication and commercial activity must become a standard of commerce.

Removing hostile government agencies ability to spy on Americans and use their personal information in support of the Democratic and Republican parties allows the American People to take control of their democracy.

Regulating data access for Wall Street corporations allows Americans to take control of their economy and eliminates corporate censorship.

Those living in the United States live in a state-capitalist dystopia where private banking corporations control the flow of wealth created from the credit of the American People. The state-capitalist system is anti-small business and American labor. It seeks to subjugate the American People and future generations into economic slavery to benefit international banking corporations serving private shareholder interests.

The systems, means, and methods these parties use to retain power, eliminate competition, and enrich themselves are documented and predictable. Abuse of authority, corruption, and violence are their only weapons.
